Chat Filtering

 

Account sales from game chat are forbidden

 

When any of the banned words or meaningless characters are used, it will be caught by our filtering system and ban will be applied automatically by the system. We cannot share filtered words to prevent any abuse. It is forbidden to request a ban on a player.

 

Use of Flood / Meaningless characters and offensive talk will cause your account to be closed temporarily or permanently.

 

Repeating same characters / words or aimless texts many times and using offensive talk is a ban reason.

 

Advertising

 

Mentioning about any other game, website, product etc. or advertising them leads to chat ban.

 

Insult, swear and slang

 

Political content

 

Sharing Personal Information

 

In the general chat of the game, sharing personal information, disclosing or requesting personal information of other players (e.g. address, phone number etc.) is not allowed.

 

Swearing / Offending family or religious values

 

Real-life threats

 

All kinds of real-life threats and blackmail are reasons for ban.

 

Provocation

 

This ban applies to the players who provoke other players against the game, game management or game authorities, any person, group, organization or the government, and harm the game or turn the players against the game in any way.

 

Impersonating

 

It is not allowed for any player to introduce themselves as a King Of The Pirate employee, authority or relative of them; or impersonate any other player and behave in the way that may deceive the other players.

 

Forbidden username/ fleet name / fleet test

 

For any user-controlled content such as username, fleet name or fleet test, usernames imitating the company or company authorities are not allowed. Any user-generated names should not include any swear, insults, humiliating or offending expressions or political content in any way.

 

Racism, secessionism

 

Sexual or illegal content

 

Abusing game bugs and acquiring unfair gain

 

The accounts will be closed in case the players use any game bug, flaw or security gap intentionally without notifying the game management and acquire an unfair and undeserved gain by abusing the system. Any known game bug, flaw or security gap should immediately be notified to the game management.

 

Use of cheat utility/ bot programs and hacking an account

 

Use of cheat utility or bot programs and any hacking are not allowed in the game in any circumstances.

 

Using 3rd party software bot or hack programs to gain unfair advantage in the game is forbidden. Misusing the game's reputation and causing harm will result in permanent account closure.

 

Management reserves the right to introduce additional provisions without notice for privacy and modification rights. Name, surname, IP address, email address, phone number, etc., personal information can be provided to use or benefit from any part of the site. The user is considered to accept that their personal information provided, disclosed, or recorded will be seen by the Site Owner and that all information shared or recorded on the Site will be disclosed to the Site Owner. The user is considered to accept that if they choose to share their personal information and contents with other users or third parties, all the information and contents they have recorded can be seen by other users.

 

Multiple account usage

 

Accounts created with the aim of misusing game events and gifts and gaining unfair advantage from them will be closed.
